It is the only vegetable oil in which we find significant amounts of unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids, important from the point of view of preventing and treating cardiovascular diseases. In addition, we also find omega-6 fatty acids and small amounts of saturated fatty acids. Regular consumption of linseed oil strengthens the heart, gives energy, increases the body's immunity and helps to achieve hormonal balance. The horse's well-being also improves, and the unsaturated fatty acids contained in linseed oil have a positive effect on the psyche.
